Stay Tuned for updates. As I write this Oliver is traveling to Twin Falls, Idaho. The show starts June 5 through 27th.

We are traveling out there for the show and will post tons of pictures and stories along the way. The 16th Annual Magic Valley Art Show is a People’s Choice Awards to artwork scattered throughout businesses in Twin Falls Idaho. You can only vote within 10 miles of the town. We trekked out to the show during the month of June and had a fabulous trip across the United States and back. The town of Twin Falls was lovely and the Art Show and the council were very nice and welcoming. I did a meet and greet with the real Oliver since I was so bummed to miss the opening. I met some interesting people and Oliver had no idea why we were hanging out in a Ford dealership greeting people in a calm manner. Last night on Facebook live we were able to view the awards ceremony in real time. Our son, Charlie was in the Youth competition and won third place in his age group. And low and behold I matched him in my category at third place. I was thrilled since I do not know a single person in Twin Falls and it was by popular vote out of 500 artworks.

The Magic Valley Arts Council awarded over $40,500 in prize money during the Art & Soul of the Magic Valley Awards Ceremony on Friday, July 10. A total of 96 artists took home prize money.
